The Clemson football program picked up a quarterback pledge from a local prospect in the class of 2024 on Thursday.
J.L. Mann High School (Greenville, S.C.)’s Ethan Anderson has committed to the Tigers as a preferred walk-on.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound signal-caller also had offers from Presbyterian College, Furman and North Greenville.
As a senior this past season, Anderson threw for 3,172 yards and had 42 touchdowns. He passed for 2,373 yards and scored 28 touchdowns as a junior in 2022.
