Behind-the-Scenes Look at Clemson Football’s Accountability Draft

Each year, the Clemson football program has its Accountability Draft, which holds the Tigers’ players accountable and develops leadership, pushing them in the offseason and rewarding them for doing things right off the field.

Clemson Football gave a behind-the-scenes glimpse at this year’s Accountability Draft in the video that can be seen below, and senior running back Phil Mafah touched on the concept.

“We’re getting ready for the Accountability Draft,” he said. “We draft our whole team into about 10 separate teams. We’re just accountable for each other and what we do in the program. It’s a big thing, and we’re going to get scientific with it, so let’s have fun with it.”
