Sought-After WR ‘Really Excited’ for Clemson Visit This Weekend

A highly sought-after wideout from the Tar Heel State, with plenty of power conference offers in tow, will return to Tiger Town this weekend.

Myers Park (Charlotte, N.C.) class of 2026 receiver Brody Keefe is set to attend the Clemson football program’s junior day on Saturday.

This will be his second recruiting visit to Clemson, as he took in the Florida Atlantic game at Death Valley this past September.

“I’m really excited,” Keefe said to The Clemson Insider ahead of Saturday’s visit. “I went back during the season and got to hang out with some of the recruiting staff, but I’m really hoping to meet with coaches and get a feel for the program from that standpoint. For me it really is about relationships, so that’s important to me.”

While Keefe has only made one visit with the Tigers as a recruit, he’s familiar with the football program and was in Clemson a lot growing up.

“My mom is a big Clemson fan and we had family friends who worked with the football program in the past,” he said.

Clemson receivers coach Tyler Grisham made a great impression on the 6-foot-3, 190-pound sophomore during his visit last season.

“I really liked him a lot when we met in the fall,” Keefe said. “He seems like a players’ coach. Excited to see him and interact a little more [this] weekend.”

Arkansas, Auburn, Duke, Georgia, North Carolina, NC State, Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest are among the nearly 20 schools that have already offered Keefe, who would be thrilled to add the Tigers to that list in the future after they begin extending offers to the 2026 class.

“Clemson is an offer anyone would be lucky to get. It’s a big one,” he said. “It’s definitely up there for me.”

Keefe is coming off a strong sophomore season at Myers Park, having posted 41 receptions for 599 yards and 11 touchdowns in 11 games.
