Phil Mafah couldn’t hold back the smile when talking about spring practice and carrying the load at running back this season.  Mafah won the job last year, but still split significant carries with Will Shipley.  With Shipley off to the NFL the carries should increase and Mafah will leave a bigger mark on the offense.
