“They’re so high up on it. I’m gonna be honest. Everything that I’ve heard from them, it’s been nothing but great,” Buchanan said. “I’ve talked to other college coaches about Clemson and about Dabo, and they have nothing but great things to say about them. It definitely shows that he’s a great guy, not only just in the media presence, but around anyone, and it helps with my decision because they’re very high up on it.”
A four-star offensive lineman from the Sunshine State has Clemson on his short list of favorites.
Seminole (Fla.) High School’s Max Buchanan announced his top six schools on Monday afternoon and the Tigers made the cut, along with Florida State, Ole Miss, Miami, Penn State and UCF.
Buchanan is a four-star prospect per the 247Sports Composite, which considers him the nation’s No. 18 interior offensive lineman and No. 303 overall prospect in the 2025 recruiting class.
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound junior picked up an offer from Clemson in June 2023. He visited Death Valley for the Notre Dame game last November and is expected to take his official visit to Tiger Town during the May 31 official visit weekend.
