Brad Brownell continues to get it done in the portal.
Myles Foster becomes the most recent addition, as the former Illinois State forward announced a commitment to Clemson on Monday.
The 6-foot-7, 235-pounder started 31 games as a senior last season for the Redbirds, shooting 53-percent from the floor while averaging 12.4 points, 8.1 rebounds and more than three blocks per game. His efforts earned him the Missouri Valley Conference Newcomer of the Year award.
Foster spent his first three seasons at Monmouth, and in 2022 was a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-American, when he led the team in scoring (12.5) and rebounding (6.6), while also adding 40 steals and 59 assists.
Foster, who entered the portal on April 2, is coming off a weekend visit to Clemson, and had previously visited Notre Dame last week. He will have one final season of eligibility remaining.
Foster joins Viktor Lakhin (Cincinnati), Jaeden Zackery (Boston College) and Christian Reeves (Duke) as players Brownell has added from the portal since the end of the season.
