CLEMSON – Clemson extended its lead over NC State courtesy of a 38-yard run from Phil Mafah for a 28-0 lead with 2:08 left in the first quarter.

The touchdown came one play after Clemson cornerback Avieon Terrell recovered a fumble from Wolfpack receiver  Kevin Concepcion.

After spending the last defensive possession in the injury tent, Mafah reappeared to claim his second touchdown of the day.
