During his Zoom conference call with the media Sunday evening, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney gave an update on the injury front coming out of the Tigers’ 59-35 victory over NC State on Saturday at Death Valley.

“Injury wise, we came through pretty good,” Swinney said.

Junior receiver Adam Randall is the only player who Swinney says will definitely miss time due to injury after breaking his toe last Monday.

“He’s the one guy for sure that will be out here for a couple ball games for sure,” Swinney said on Sunday. “It’s not a complete break, so we’re excited about that. But having to put the screw in there, hopefully it will keep it from breaking.

“So, that’s what we’re dealing with. Other than that, I think we’re in pretty good shape.”

Clemson (2-1, 1-0 ACC) will conclude its current three-game homestand next Saturday, Sept. 28 when the Tigers face Stanford on Homecoming. The game is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff on ESPN.
