Kansas Lineman Announces Offer from Clemson

Clemson keeps expanding the offensive line board in the 2026 class.

3-star Braden Wilmes (Lawrence Free State, KS) is the latest to pick up an offer from the Tigers, announcing it late Thursday via social media.

The 6-foot-8, 270-pound prospect visited for Clemson’s blowout win over App State earlier in the season.

“I have been a fan my entire life,” Wilmes told The Clemson Insider after the visit. “It would be amazing to have a chance to go and play for the team I have rooted for my entire life.”

Wilmes, whose mother is a graduate of Clemson, also picked up offers from Florida State and Duke this week. He already held offers from Wisconsin, Kansas, Kansas State, Minnesota, Utah, Iowa State, Iowa, Arkansas.
