Briningstool Accepts Invite to Senior Bowl

The Clemson Tigers are getting ready for the College Football Playoff and one of the key pieces on offense will have the chance to garner extra NFL attention on more occasions than one.

Tight end Jake Briningstool has put together a solid season with 45 catches for 461 yards and seven touchdowns. He was crucial in the win over SMU with two red zone touchdowns. While the Playoff will give Briningstool a spotlight to begin with, he’s officially accepted an invite to the Reese’s Senior Bowl.

Briningstool is a prototype NFL tight end at 6-foot-6, 240 pounds. He just needs to raise the consistency and he’ll fit right into a pro offense. The Senior Bowl presents a chance to compete against the best prospects in the country and do so in front of countless NFL eyes.

The 2025 Senior Bowl takes place Saturday, Feb. 2 at 2:30 p.m., televised on NFL Network.
