Former Tigers WR Withdrawing From Portal for Sixth Season

A former Clemson receiver is removing his name from the transfer portal.

EJ Williams has spent the last two seasons at Indiana and only played in two games during the 2024 campaign. He had two catches for 49 yards and shared this message on X.

Following this announcement, Williams didn’t see the field again as a Hoosier before entering his name into the transfer portal. That decision didn’t stick as he’s headed back to Indiana for his sixth season in college football.

During his two seasons as a Tiger, Williams had 33 catches for 372 yards and two touchdowns. He’s hoping to re-ignite his career with hopes to reach the professional level and the 2025 season will be his chance to do so.
