TCI Recruiting Roundup: New OL Name to Know

With the contact period ramping back up this week, offensive line coach Matt Luke has been busy making stops.

On Friday morning Luke was in Ohio and checked in on 3-star Ben Congdon (Tuscarawas Valley). The 6-foot-8, 285-pound recruit has yet to pick up an offer from the Tigers.

However, that could change in the future, as Congdon tells The Clemson Insider that he plans to visit on March 28.

Congdon’s offer list has quickly started to grow, with Penn State, Missouri, Northwestern, Ole Miss and Florida all offering in January. Florida State, Miami, Pitt and NC State all offered late last year.

Congdon also told TCI that he plans to visit Miami on Saturday, Florida on Sunday and Florida State on Monday.
