Highly-Touted Clemson OL Target Getting It Done on Hardwood

One of Clemson’s top offensive line targets is also getting it done on the hardwood.

Four-star Adam Guthrie, one of the top tackle prospects in the 2026 recruiting class, also excels on the basketball court.

The 6-foot-7, 292-pound big man went off in Miami Trace’s regular-season finale, tallying 27 points and 17 rebounds.

Guthrie has averaged 20 points and 13 rebounds per game in helping lead his team to a 21-0 regular season record and a conference championship.

The blue-chip talent has visited Clemson multiple times in the past and has confirmed with The Clemson Insider his plans to be at the Elite Retreat on March 8. Guthrie has also already locked in his plans to attend the big official visit weekend from May 30 to June 2.

Official Visit Schedule

  • Clemson May 30 to June 1
  • Ohio State June 6-8
  • Penn State June 13-15

Offensive line coach Matt Luke visited Guthrie three times during the contact period, including an in-home visit. Head coach Dabo Swinney accompanied Luke on one of those visits.

On3 ranks Guthrie No. 37 overall and No. 7 among all tackle prospects.
