CLEMSON — Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney gave the media an update on the health of wide receiver Tyler Brown, as the Tigers began Spring Practice on Friday.
If you recall, Brown missed most of last season with a foot injury.
“He looks great,” Swinney said. “Nobody really talks about him. Everybody kind of forgot about him.
“He has not been healthy in a long time, either. Obviously, he had a great freshman year, so it is great to get him back going.”
Brown led Clemson in receptions and receiving yards as a freshman in 2023. He enters 2025 credited with 57 receptions for 561 yards and four touchdowns.
Most of Brown’s catches and yards came in 2023 when he hauled in 52 catches for 531 yards and four TDs. Brown played in just six games last year and started two of those.
