Where Clemson Stands in NET Rankings After Louisville Loss

CHARLOTTE — With Clemson’s run in the ACC Tournament over after the last-second 76-73 loss to Louisville in the semifinal round, the Tigers now await their NCAA Tournament fate.

Brad Brownell’s team is once again a lock for the Big Dance after going 27-6 overall and 18-2 in the ACC. The only question is where they will be seeded.

“Obviously, a very difficult ending for us,” the head coach said after Friday’s loss. “Really proud of my players for just continuing to compete and believe and just keep fighting. We had a chance to win the game there at the end, had a couple things maybe not go our way, but man, we just — these guys just kept fighting.”

After going 1-1 in the conference tournament and with both SMU and Louisville Quad 1 teams, the Tigers’ NET Ranking remains unchanged from where it was heading into the matchup with the Cardinals.
