CLEMSON — Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney met with the media following Wednesday’s scrimmage at Memorial Stadium.
Wednesday’s scrimmage was the second full scrimmage of the spring for the Tigers, who will host its Annual Orange & White Spring Game on April 5 (1 p.m.).
Swinney said the Orange & White Game will be a little different than in years past.
“We might open up with a period or two of seven-on-seven skelly. Go OL-DL pass rush and then the scrimmage from there,” Swinney said. “It will be a great day. It should be a lot of fun. We have a bunch of recruits coming.
“It is a great opportunity to come out and see our team. Everybody is going to play and everybody is going to have an opportunity to see the guys. We got a few guys that may take a ton of reps, but we may not tackle them. We may not tackle Antonio [Williams]. But he’ll be out there and he’ll go.”
