Clemson Player Plans to Enter Transfer Portal

CLEMSON — A Clemson football player plans to enter the transfer portal.

Tigers cornerback Tavoy Feagin plans to enter the transfer portal, The Clemson Insider has learned. Feagin will have four years of eligibility remaining.

Feagin played 11 defensive snaps over two games for Clemson, while redshirting in 2024. He is officially labeled as a redshirt freshman for the 2025 season.

The 6-foot, 180-pound corner did not play in last Saturday’s Orange & White Spring Game at Memorial Stadium. Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was asked after the game about Feagin’s presence at the game and Swinney reported he was not out there.

Feagin made his college debut against App State on September 7, 2024 and then played against The Citadel on November 23, 2024, as well.

Coming out of high school, Feagin had 52 offers. He was an Under Armour All-American in 2023. He was also ranked as the No. 173 overall player and 22nd ranked cornerback by Rivals.

Feagin was tied for fourth in the state of Florida with eight interceptions his senior year at Carrollwood Day School in Tampa, Fla.

The transfer portal for the Spring Football window will officially open on April 16.
