A former Clemson wide receiver will reportedly enter the NCAA transfer portal again.
NC State wideout Dacari Collins is planning to enter the portal, according to multiple reports Monday.
Collins has spent the last two seasons playing for the Wolfpack after starting his career at Clemson from 2021-22.
As a redshirt junior in 2024, Collins started all 12 games he played in, posting 24 receptions for 314 yards and two touchdowns. He scored his first touchdown of the season in a win at Cal and had 62 yards on three catches in a win at UNC – the most single-game receiving yards he recorded in a Wolfpack uniform.
In 2023, Collins tallied 14 catches for 212 yards and two scores in 12 games.
A native of Atlanta, Collins signed with Clemson as a four-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class.
Collins left the Clemson football team in September 2022. He caught 16 passes for 221 yards in nine games as a true freshman in 2021 but had just one catch in three games for the Tigers in 2022, a year that he ended up redshirting.
