One Clemson commit recently got a boost in the recruiting rankings.
After the latest update to the On300 rankings, four-star wide receiver Naeem Burroughs (Bolles School, Jacksonville) is now slotted at No. 24 overall and now rates as the second-best receiver in the class. The 6-foot speedster also ranks No. 4 in the talent-rich state of Florida.
Burroughs committed to Clemson in early March during the Elite Retreat and is part of the Tigers’ 2026 recruiting class that features three wide receivers.. He joins fellow four-star wideouts Connor Salmin and Gordon Sellars. Salmin also committed during the Elite Retreat.
Burrough picked up his offer from Clemson last summer after working out at a session of Dabo Swinney’s high school camp. He had more than 40 offers in total, and before shutting things down was also set to give Florida, Texas and Southern Cal official visits this summer.
Current Clemson target Cederian Morgan (Benjamin Russell, Alexander City, AL) is ranked as the fourth-best receiver in the class and No. 30 overall.
