Barrett Carter was understandably emotional when he got his long-awaited NFL Draft call, with the Cincinnati Bengals letting the former Clemson linebacker know that they were taking him with their fourth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor informed Carter, a two-time All-America selection and two-time All-ACC honoree, of his selection.

Taylor showed love to Carter on behalf of the Bengals.

“We got a lot of love for you here in the building and excited to get you over here,” Taylor told Carter.

“We’ve got great expectations for ya and excited to get ya over here and shake your hand and get ya to work,” Taylor added.
