Clemson Moves Up In Latest D1 Rankings

After the weekend sweep of Pitt, Clemson has moved up in the latest D1 Baseball rankings.

The Tigers (41-15, 18-12 ACC) move up one spot to No. 14 after taking all three games from the Panthers in rather dominating fashion.

Clemson averaged 10 runs per contest and totaled 45 runs, as the team hit well over .340 in the three-game sweep.

The Tigers finished up the regular season by securing the No. 5 seed in this week’s ACC Tournament and earning a first-round bye. Clemson will play at 1 p.m. on Wednesday and will face the winner of the Stanford-Virginia Tech matchup.
