An up-and-coming in-state wide receiver will return to Clemson next week.

2027 wideout Amare Patterson (Beaufort) tells The Clemson Insider that he will work out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp on June 4. He has camped at Clemson in the past, including last summer.

The speedy wideout also won a state title in track this spring in the 4×4 relay.

The 6-foot-1 receiver picked up an offer from Florida recently, to go along with ones from Maryland, Nebraska, Kentucky and App State, among others.
