CLEMSON — The 2027 offers have started going out.
Five-star in-state CB Joshua Dobson (Catawba Ridge, Fort Mill) announced the offer via social media on Sunday. Dobson is the first 2027 player to go public with an offer from the Tigers.
The 6-foot-1 corner was last on campus for the blowout win over The Citadel in November, and told The Clemson Insider recently he was planning to get back at some point this summer.
“An offer from Clemson would mean a lot,” Dobson said. “Because it shows that my hard work is paying off on the field and in the classroom.”
The blue-chip talent already has 30 offers, including Alabama, Georgia, Florida State, Ohio State and Notre Dame.
The 247 Sports Composite ranks Dobson No. 6 overall and No. 2 among all corners. He is also the highest-ranked player in the state.
