Clemson handed out a new safety offer on Thursday.

Four-star Davion Jones (West Charlotte, NC) announced the offer via social media. He worked out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp last week.

The 6-foot, 175-pound recruit is now approaching two dozen offers, including Florida State, Michigan, Ohio State, Tennessee and South Carolina.

As a sophomore, Jones was credited with 44 tackles, seven interceptions and two tackles for loss.

Rivals rates Jones as an ATH, ranking him No. 235 overall, No. 8 among all ATHs and No. 8 in the state of North Carolina.
