Clemson Loses Another Player to Transfer Portal

Clemson is losing another player to the transfer portal.

The Clemson Insider has confirmed that TP Wentworth has entered the portal.

The two-way player just finished up his freshman season with the Tigers, serving as the starting right-fielder over the final three weeks of the season.

Wentworth appeared in 35 games this season, hitting .220 with three doubles and seven RBI. The left-handed hurler also made 11 appearances out of the bullpen, registering an ERA of 8.00, with eight strikeouts in 10 innings pitched.

Coming out of high school, Wentworth was ranked No. 151 overall by Perfect Game and No. 27 among all outfielders. D1 Baseball ranked him as the 37th-best freshman in the ACC during the preseason.
