Clemson Offers Two 5-Star Talents

Brad Brownell is hunting some big recruiting targets in the 2027 recruiting class.

Clemson has extended two new offers, both to elite-level talents.

Five-star forward Baba Oladotun (James Hubert Blake, MD) announced an offer on Sunday. The 6-foot-9 prospect is ranked as the top player in the class, regardless of position, and sports more than 35 offers. Miami, Texas A&M and Auburn each offered on Sunday as well. Other offers include Louisville, Kentucky, Oregon, Ohio State, Syracuse and Georgetown.

Five-star combo guard LJ Smith also announced an offer on Sunday. The 6-foot-4 prospect ranks as the third-best player at his position in the Composite Rankings and No. 29 overall. Smith also announced offers from Virginia and Ohio State on Sunday. Kansas, Memphis and Texas A&M are also among his more than a dozen offers.
