Former Clemson OL Target SEC Bound

A former Clemson offensive line target has come off the board.

Four-star Ekene Ogboko (South Garner, Durham, NC) announced a commitment to Georgia on Wednesday, choosing the Bulldogs over Florida and Notre Dame. Ogboko also had a Clemson hat on the table, but the Tigers are done recruiting at the position.

He is fresh off an official visit to Georgia last weekend, and his brother, Nnamdi Ogboko, is a current defensive lineman for the Dawgs.

Ogboko took multiple game day visits to Clemson last season, then visited for the Elite Retreat in March and the big official visit weekend earlier this month. However, the Tigers landed two four-stars in Leo Delaney and Carter Scruggs coming off that weekend, giving them six total offensive linemen in the 2026 class.
