Phil Steele has released his preseason honorees in his 2025 College Football Preview Magazine, and Clemson is heavily represented.
Seven Tigers were named to Steele’s annual Preseason All-America teams.
Senior quarterback Cade Klubnik, as well as junior defensive linemen T.J. Parker and Peter Woods, were named first-team preseason All-Americans.
Senior offensive lineman Blake Miller and junior cornerback Avieon Terrell were selected to the second team, while redshirt junior wide receiver Antonio Williams and senior linebacker Wade Woodaz are third-team selections.
Clemson is also featured prominently on Steele’s Preseason All-ACC squad.
Klubnik, Williams, Miller, Parker, Woods, Woodaz, Terrell and long-snapper Holden Caspersen are preseason first-team All-ACC honorees.
Sophomore receiver Bryant Wesco Jr., sophomore linebacker Sammy Brown and junior safety Khalil Barnes are on the second team, with sixth-year offensive lineman Walker Parks, sixth-year defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart and sophomore kicker Nolan Hauser on the third team.
Freshman running back Gideon Davidson, junior defensive end Will Heldt and Williams (punt returner) were named to the fourth team.
Clemson will open the season in the national spotlight when Dabo Swinney’s team welcomes LSU for a marquee tilt at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 30 (7:30 p.m., ABC).
Clemson’s 2025 schedule will once again feature a full seven-game home slate in Death Valley in addition to four road games against ACC opponents and a road contest in the regular season finale at South Carolina.
