So far, Clemson has extended just one offer to a wide receiver in the 2027 recruiting class.
With players like Bryant Wesco and TJ Moore both draft-eligible following the 2026 season, the Tigers are likely to sign multiple players at the position in the next recruiting cycle, so it’s only a matter of time before more offers go out.
Four-star wideout Jamarin Simmons (Amon P. Godby, Tallahassee, FL) is the lone player to earn an offer from the Tigers. The 5-foot-11 prospect turned in arguably the best performance by any wide receiver at camp earlier this month.
Kentucky, Florida, Pitt and Nebraska have all offered in the past few weeks. Florida State, Miami and Colorado are a few of his other offers.
As a sophomore, Simmons caught 49 balls for 996 yards with eight touchdowns. He averaged more than 20 yards per reception.
247 ranks him No. 112 overall, No. 18 among all wide receivers and No. 12 in the state of Florida.
Here are some other wideouts that worked out at camp and might be worth keeping an eye on for board expansion.
- Four-star Myles McAfee
- Four-star Jabari Watkins
- Four-star Jonathan Dillon
- Four-star Zerek Sidney
