4-Star Safety Target Sets Commitment Date

One of Clemson’s top remaining targets at safety has set a commitment date.

Four-star Blake Stewart (Woodward Academy, Atlanta, GA) will announce a decision on July 13 and will choose between finalists Clemson, Michigan, Miami and Vanderbilt. Stewart disclosed the date while attending the Rivals Five-Star camp in Indianapolis.

Stewart picked up his offer from the Tigers back in January and returned in early June for the big official visit weekend. Each of his finalists received official visits, with Clemson receiving the first and Michigan getting the last over the weekend.

“Just the right fit,” Stewart told TCI previously regarding what he is looking for in a school. “Somewhere I can develop, compete, and feel at home.”

The Tigers already have two safeties committed in the 2026 class in four-stars Kentavion Anderson and Kaden Gephardt.
