Slew of Tigers Named to All-America, All-ACC Teams

Clemson is very well represented on both Athlon Sports’ 2025 All-America Team and 2025 All-ACC Team, released this week.

Clemson has eight selections on the All-America Team — the most of any team in college football — ahead of Alabama, Texas and Penn State, all of whom have seven selections each.

Defensive linemen T.J. Parker and Peter Woods are first-team All-America honorees, while quarterback Cade Klubnik and wide receiver Antonio Williams are second-team selections.

Wide receiver Bryant Wesco and offensive lineman Blake Miller were both named to the third team, as was cornerback Avieon Terrell. Linebacker Wade Woodaz was selected to the fourth team.

As for Athlon Sports’ All-ACC Team, Clemson leads the way with a whopping 16 selections, more than Miami’s 15.

Klubnik, Williams, Wesco, Miller, Parker, Woods, Woodaz and Terrell all collected first-team honors.

Linebacker Sammy Brown and safety Khalil Barnes both earned second-team selections, as did kicker Nolan Hauser.  

Highly regarded true freshman running back Gideon Davidson got a third-team nod, along with offensive lineman Walker Parks. Transfer defensive lineman Will Heldt and fellow defensive lineman DeMonte Capehart also received third-team selections. Wide receiver T.J. Moore made the fourth team, rounding out Clemson’s All-ACC selections.

Clemson will open the season in the national spotlight when Dabo Swinney’s team welcomes LSU for a marquee tilt at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 30 (7:30 p.m., ABC).

Clemson’s 2025 schedule will once again feature a full seven-game home slate in Death Valley in addition to four road games against ACC opponents and a road contest in the regular season finale at South Carolina.
