4-Star Safety Commits to Clemson

Clemson has won another big boy recruiting battle.

Four-star safety Blake Stewart (Woodward Academy, GA) announced a commitment to the Tigers on Sunday. Michigan, Miami and Vanderbilt were the other three finalists.

Stewart picked up his offer from the Tigers back in January and was on campus for the Elite Retreat in March and the big official visit weekend in early June. He also visited for the Louisville game last November.

The addition of Stewart now gives Clemson three safeties committed in the current class. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect joins four-stars Kaden Gephardt and Kentavion Anderson, who previously announced verbal pledges.

Rivals ranks Stewart No. 149 overall and No. 10 among all safeties. He becomes the 21st member of the Tigers’ 2026 class that Rivals ranked No. 7 nationally before today’s announcement.
