CLEMSON — One of Clemson’s star defenders was not on hand for Wednesday’s practice at Jervey Meadows.

Junior defensive tackle Peter Woods was not present.

A Clemson spokesman told The Clemson Insider there is no injury that they know about, and that he is just sick.

We will ask Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney about Woods’ absence following practice this evening.
