CLEMSON — Following the season-opening loss to LSU, Clemson was hoping for a bounce-back performance in Saturday’s game against Troy, but that certainly didn’t happen in the first half.

Clemson trailed Troy, 16-3, at halftime after what was an ugly showing over the first two quarters for the eighth-ranked Tigers at Memorial Stadium.
