Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held his weekly teleconference Sunday evening and gave an update on the injury status of his team coming out of Saturday’s 24-21 loss at Georgia Tech.
“Injury wise, we came through pretty good,” Swinney said. “So, we’ll see where we are with some of those guys that have been out.”
Of course, Clemson was without several key players Saturday, including wide receiver Antonio Williams, safety Khalil Barnes, left tackle Tristan Leigh and offensive guard Elyjah Thurmon.
“Those guys certainly can help us if we can get some of them back,” Swinney said. “We’ll see where they are as the week progresses. But other than that, we came through the game pretty good.”
Clemson will return home for its next game on Saturday against Syracuse at noon.
