Clemson Scores Again, Routing UNC

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Clemson continues to take out its frustration on North Carolina at Kenan Stadium.

The Tigers scored for the fourth time in the first quarter, this time with one second left to play, as quarterback Cade Klubnik hit running back Adam Randall with a 23-yard reception. The TD gives the Tigers a 28-3 lead over the Tar Heels.

The 28-first quarter points already represent the most points scored by the Clemson offense in any game this season and the most in the first quarter since scoring 28 against NC State last year.

Clemson had 254 yards in the first quarter. Klubnik is 9-for-10 for 158 yards and 3 TDs.
