Clemson has slid up one spot in this national outlet’s college football rankings.
Following last Saturday’s 38-10 win at North Carolina, the Tigers (2-3, 1-2 ACC) now sit at No. 58 in the latest CBS Sports 136 rankings of every team in the FBS.
Clemson was previously No. 59 in the CBS Sports 136 rankings, having plunged all the way down to that spot after starting the season at No. 4.
Ohio State remains the No. 1 team in the updated CBS Sports rankings, with Miami, Oregon, Ole Miss and Indiana rounding out the top five.
After Miami, Georgia Tech (No. 12), Virginia (No. 18) and Florida State (No. 25) are the other three ACC teams in the top 25 of the latest CBS Sports 136.
Coming off the victory over the Tar Heels, Clemson is set to face Boston College (1-4, 0-3 ACC) on Saturday at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass (7:30 p.m., ACC Network). The Eagles are No. 88 in the updated CBS Sports rankings.
