One of the top young quarterback prospects in the state of Georgia is set to make his first game-day visit to Clemson this weekend.
2028 three-star Chris Miller (Kennessaw Mountain, GA) will be on hand when the Tigers host Duke on Saturday. It will be his first time on campus since working out at camp while he was in middle school.
“I attended a camp at Clemson when I was in 8th grade,” Miller told The Clemson Insider. “I am super excited to be invited back for a game.”
Miller is anxious to see how offensive Garrett Riley runs his offense and how his quarterback performs in it. The visit will also give the young signal caller a chance to get some facetime with members of the coaching staff.
“I am looking forward to seeing how Clemson runs their offensive schemes,” Miller told The Clemson Insider. “I am also looking to establish a great relationship with the coaching staff.”
Through eight games, Miller has passed for 1,973 yards with 15 touchdowns to just two interceptions. He also has three rushing touchdowns.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound prospect already holds offers from Indiana, Auburn, Miami, NC State, Kentucky, NC State and Pitt. Miller has already visited Georgia this season and still has trips planed to Indiana and Auburn.
As for Clemson, the Tigers won’t start offering players in the 2028 until next summer, but Miller admires the process Dabo Swinney has in place.
“I think that Clemson has a great formula for offering their recruits,” Miller added. “I am happy to be part of the process. I would be very honored and blessed to receive an offer from Clemson.”
