CLEMSON – The Clemson Tigers evened the score against the Duke Blue Devils for the second time in the first half with a two-yard rush into the end zone to make the score 21-21.
After going down 21-7, early in the second quarter, the Tigers rallied back to tie the Blue Devils in a 68-yard drive.
Quarterback Cade Klubnik got the momentum going with a 14-yard pass to wide receiver Tristan Smith to Clemson’s 46-yard line. Running back Adam Randall followed it up with 21 yards on the ground on two carries, all the way to Duke’s 33-yard marker.
Wide receiver Antonio Williams ran for 16 yards with the help of his offensive line, and the Tigers drew a pass interference call to set up the two-yard touchdown from Randall.
The Tigers’ third touchdown drive of the day lasted three minutes, and the defense followed it up with its second stop of the day.
