During his weekly Sunday teleconference, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney gave an update on the status of his team injury wise coming out of Saturday’s 46-45 loss to Duke at Memorial Stadium.
“We came through pretty good,” Swinney said. “Cade [Klubnik] held up, which was good to see. Unless something comes up between tonight and in the morning, I feel like we came through pretty good.”
Klubnik returned to action vs. Duke after he missed the loss to SMU with an ankle injury. The senior quarterback had a career day with 385 yards and two touchdowns, while completing 27 of 36 throws.
The Tigers (3-5, 2-4 ACC) return to the field this Saturday to host Florida State (4-4, 1-4 ACC) at Memorial Stadium (7 p.m., ACCN).
