The Tigers are scheduled to open the season with four weekend tournaments, with the first being in Clearwater, Fla., at the NFCA Leadoff Classic. Clemson will also hit the road for a tournament in San Marcos, Texas at Texas State before concluding the tournament stretch with the Clemson Classic (Feb. 20-22) and Tiger Invitational (Feb. 27-March 1). Similar to the 2025 campaign, 10 of Clemson’s first 11 games will be contested away from home.

Clemson’s home opener at McWhorter Stadium comes on Tuesday, Feb. 10 when it welcomes Furman to town for the first midweek matchup of the season before traveling to Charlotte the following Wednesday. The Tigers will play five midweek contests at McWhorter, which is highlighted by the Palmetto Series presented by the South Carolina Education Lottery against in-state rival South Carolina on Tuesday, April 14. On the flip side, Clemson will hit the road for four midweeks that include games at Georgia (Feb. 25) and at South Carolina (March 25).

In conference play, the reigning ACC Champions will host Georgia Tech (March 6-8) and Louisville (March 13-15) and have rematches against two 2025 ACC Tournament opponents in Florida State (March 27-29) and Virginia (17-19). The Tigers will travel to Notre Dame (March 20-22), Virginia Tech (April 2-4), Pitt (April 10-12) and conclude the regular season at Duke (April 24-26).

No fewer than 26 games will come against programs that appeared in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, depending on preseason tournament matchups.

Clemson returns 13 letterwinners from the 2025 season, including four NFCA All-Region Selections in Jamison Brockenbrough, Macey Cintron, Marian Collins and Julia Knowler. Brockenbrough, Cintron and Collins were also 2025 ACC selections with Cintron being the reigning ACC Freshman of the Year. The Tigers also return Kylee Johnson, who hit the game-winning two-run homer against FSU in the ACC Championship game, and Taylor Pipkins, the ACC Tournament MVP. During the offseason, Clemson added 11 newcomers that are highlighted by transfer pitchers Abby Dunning (Boston College) and Sierra Maness (USC Upstate), transfer catcher Corri Hicks (Oklahoma), transfer infielder Kiley Channell (FAU) along with seven total freshmen.
