LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Clemson takes on No. 20 Louisville tonight at L&N Federal Credit Union.
Before the game we were able to observe a few things. Here is what we learned.
–Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik was moving around nicely in warmups. There was no hint of a limp.
–Safety Ricardo Jones was working out and was dressed. He appeared that he was ready to play.
–Nickel back Corian Gipson worked as the first-team nickel. It appears Tink Kelley is second team and Noah Dixon is third.
–DeMonte Capehart looks like he is going to start the game for the Tigers at defensive tackle.
–Also saw kicker Nolan Hauser made all of his pre-game kicks, including those from 50-plus.
–Mickey Conn was leading the safety huddle like normal. He was the only coach in the huddle. Mike Reed was the same with the corners and the nickels were in the huddle with the corners.
–True Freshman Brayden Jacobs will start at left guard for a third straight game.
–Athletic Director Graham Neff was all smiles on the sidelines prior to kick off.
