With the Atlantic Coast Conference having announced its 2026 football schedule, Pro Football & Sports Network (PFSN) highlighted the contests that could end up deciding the conference title, ranking the top 10 games to watch on the 2026 ACC schedule.
Two Clemson games made the list, including the Tigers’ home game against Miami, which is ranked as the No. 6 game to watch.
On Oct. 3 at Memorial Stadium, the Tigers – a seven-time College Football Playoff participant (and two-time CFP champion) – will host the Hurricanes, last season’s CFP national championship runner-up.
The all-time series between Clemson and Miami is tied at 7-7, but the Tigers own a 6-3 advantage in the series since Miami joined the ACC prior to the 2004 season.
“Miami travels to Death Valley, looking to solidify its grasp on the conference,” PFSN wrote. “For the last decade or so, Clemson held the conference in their grasp. Facing Dabo Swinney on his home turf promises to be a defining game in the Hurricanes’ season.”
The other Clemson game on PFSN’s list of the 10 best games of the 2026 ACC football slate is the Tigers’ trip to Florida State.
Clemson will visit Tallahassee on Oct. 31, as the Tigers will look to extend their current road winning streak at Doak Campbell Stadium to five games. A victory in the Halloween contest would make Clemson only the third program ever to win five or more consecutive road games at Florida State, joining Florida (six from 1966-76) and Miami (five from 1957-77).
Clemson is 9-1 in its last 10 games overall against the Seminoles, including its 4-0 mark in Tallahassee in that span.
“Last season, the Tigers held the No. 33 defense in the PFSN CFB Defense Impact Rankings. That looks to change this fall,” PFSN wrote. “Clemson loses arguably their three best defenders in defensive linemen Peter Woods and TJ Parker, along with cornerback Avieon Terrell, to the NFL Draft. Auburn transfer quarterback Ashton Daniels gives a different dynamic than Thomas Castellanos. While he can run, the senior can throw the ball down the field.”
