A Florida signal caller will be returning to Clemson this weekend.
2028 QB Luke Toland (The Bolles School, FL) tells The Clemson Insider that will attend the spring game on Saturday. Toland is a former teammate of current WR Naeem Burroughs and a current teammate of five-star DE Asher Ghioto, a current Clemson target.
Toland and his family also frequently vacation on Lake Keowee, a quick drive from Clemson.
“Yea I’m excited to see my old teammate Naeem and get back on the lake and talk with the coaches,” Toland told TCI.
As a sophomore, Toland was 36-of-50 passing for 482 yards, with five touchdowns and no interceptions in a reserve role.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder has visited multiple times in the past, and recently attended a Junior Day at Florida State. He already holds offers from Arkansas State, Georgia State, Georgia Southern, Middle Tennessee, Toledo and ETSU.
