Oregon State forward Johan Munch is drawing interest from the Tigers, according to hoops insider Sam Kayser.
The 6-foot-11, 222-pounder is also garnering interest from Florida, Purdue, Tennessee, Creighton, Southern Cal, UCLA, Arizona State, SMU, Ole Miss, Cal, Florida State and South Carolina State, per Kayser.
Over his two college campaigns at Oregon State, Munch played in a total of 54 games. He started 23 of the 31 games he appeared in as a sophomore during the 2025-26 season, averaging 7.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 21.0 minutes per game while shooting 52.7 percent from the field.
As a freshman in 2024-25, Munch appeared in 23 games, made one start, and averaged 1.2 points per game.
Before arriving at Oregon State, Munch — a native of Copenhagen, Denmark — competed for Denmark at the 2023 FIBA U18 Euros and averaged 15 points with 7.7 rebounds per game. He shot 53.2 percent from the floor and 47.8 percent from 3-point range at the event.
A former point guard who grew into a big man, Munch joined Orangeville Academy in 2023-24. He shot 45 percent in the Nike EYBL over the winter of 2023-24, and had a 14-point, eight-rebound game vs. Arizona Compass.
