Clemson Expands Board at Tight End

With two of the top three tight end targets coming off the board this week, Clemson was going to need to expand the board at tight end.

With summer officials rapidly approaching, Kyle Richardson wasted no time, with three-star Mason Hall (Oconee County, GA) announcing an offer on Friday.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder has close to 30 offers in total and has already locked in multiple official visits.

Clemson is set to have its big weekend May 29-31, and then a second one June 12-14. Hall is scheduled to be at Virginia that first weekend and Pitt during the second. There is a fairly good chance that schedule gets tweaked with Clemson now offering. Duke is also scheduled to get an official June 5-7.

As a junior, Hall 42 catches for 653 yards with six touchdowns. He also played defense, logging five sacks and seven tackles for loss.

With four-star Grant Haviland committing to Vanderbilt earlier in the week and three-star Tommy Douglas committing to Florida, four-star Jaxon Dollar and Hall are the only two uncommitted tight ends in the 2027 class with an offer from the Tigers.
