A recently offered edge rusher has included Clemson in his group of top schools.

Four-star Cahron Wheeler (St. Paul’s, MN) announced his six finalists late Sunday, with Clemson, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Auburn and Florida all making the cut.

Wheeler visited for the Elite Retreat back in early March, picking up an offer in the process. He is scheduled to be back on campus of the big official visit weekend, May 29-31. The Gators are also set to get an official the following weekend.

The 6-foot-5, 266-pound prospect ranks No. 112 overall in the Composite Rankings and No. 14 among all defensive linemen in the 2027 class.
