Southern Cal transfer Yakiya Milton announced her commitment to the Tigers.
Milton appeared in 16 games as a junior this past season, averaging 2.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.6 blocks in seven minutes per game.
Prior to her lone season with the Trojans, Milton spent the first two seasons of her college career at Auburn.
The 6-foot-5 forward appeared in 25 games with two starts as a freshman in 2023-24, when she averaged 1.4 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 11.3 minutes per game while shooting 38.9 percent from the field.
As a sophomore in 2024-25, Milton missed the first 11 games of the season due to injury before playing in 19 games and making one start. She averaged 1.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 11.2 minutes per game that year.
Milton graduated from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville, Fla., where she was a two-time all-conference selection and made the All-First Coast team. She ranked eighth in the state of Florida in blocks and exited as the all-time leader at Mandarin High in blocks and rebounds.
Her cousin, Kyle Davis, was a men’s basketball player at Auburn from 2000-04.
