For the second time since the start of contact period, Tyler Grisham has paid a visit to one of his top recruiting targets.
The Clemson wide receiver coach was in to see four-star wideout Lawrence Britt on Thursday. Grisham was also in to see Britt in late April, not long after the contact period began.
Britt made his first visit to Clemson for the Elite Retreat in March and left with an offer in tow. He is one of two wide receivers set to attend the big official visit weekend, May 29-31. The other is four-star Tae Walden. A third, four-star Taurean Rawlins, will give Clemson an official, June 12-14.
Missouri, Florida, Ole Miss and Texas Tech are also scheduled to get officials from Britt.
The 6-foot-1 wideout did a little bit of everything for his high school team in 2025, logging snaps at multiple positions. He finished with 696 receiving yards and 299 rushing yards, while catching 12 touchdown passes and rushing for five scores.
ESPN ranks Britt as the sixth-best receiver in the 2027 class.
