Another recruiting target has come off the board.

Four-star Elijah Hutcheson (North Cross, VA) announced a commitment to Florida on Tuesday, choosing the Gators over Clemson, Virginia Tech and Vanderbilt. Hutcheson was slated to attend the big official visit weekend, May 29-31, but obviously, that visit is now off.

The 6-foot-6, 275-pound prospect picked up his offer from the Tigers back in January. He worked out at camp last summer, returned for the season-opener against LSU and then attended the Elite Retreat in March.

Hutcheson played last season at Rabun Gap in Georgia but is back in Virginia at North Cross for his senior campaign.

The 247 Composite ranks Hutcheson No. 85 overall and No. 7 among all tackles in the 2027 class.
